Fact: On my way to work yesterday I was wondering how long it would be before they did this.

Two things that just happened:

I just had an image of feminists killing off all men and raising a flag on top of the highest peek of the Earth claiming this to be a woman’s planet. Keeping men in cages for pleasure or just killing them all off.

and the second thing was

I cried a little. Yes, I loathe children. But… I the thought of possibly having a child with my future wife that is ours and ours alone… I’m in tears.

Pretty cool scientific breakthrough. Now, onto the social implications:

This is the most horrifying thing I’ve seen all day (part of me wonders if this is actually true).

First, I’m horrified because of the reaction that feminist radicals will have. A cursory glance at the comments on this article should give a pretty telling insight as to how deep some women’s misandry goes.

Second, as if we needed to devalue men even more in our society. Now we are quite literally optional, in addition to already being disposable.

This is going to work wonders for the collective self-esteem of my gender if this scientific breakthrough proves viable.

Scientific brilliance of our species aside, I find this disturbing.
